Hello,

I have Alice fun speed connection since last week and using analog phone.
I have Fritzbox fon wlan 7570 vdsl router provided by alice.I have Sinus 102 phone from Tcomm.

The interet and outgoing calls work well using this router & phone.

But my problem is that the phone does not rings for all incoming calls.It only rings for calls from alice
network but does not rings for calls made from other networks.

I looked in the internet and tried connecting to my fritz box user interface to make changes to the telephone
settings but when i supply ip address for fritz box it takes me only to the alice.box.
The alice.box does not have any option under telephone to enable incoming calls.

So these are my two queries :
1. How to open fritz box user interface without going to alice.box .
2. How/Where to change the settings to get all incoming calls in my phone.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Since my german language is not so good I will convert this message to German language and post it to this forum.
You can reply in language easy for you and i will traslate the text for myself.

It´s not ab bug, it´s a feature . You can not configure any telephone settings in the VDSL 7570 (Hanse-Edition). I think, the problem is not a setting in the FritzBox. It is a problem by the Provider. You must call the hotline to dissolve the fault.
Sorry for my english! I used it at last many, many years ago in scool. I have many forgotten.

The issue was fixed yesterday. The phone now rings for all incoming calls.
